Hagop Rouchanian

Founder & CEO, BCBA

Hagop is the Founder and CEO of Hope For Ohana and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 12 years of experience in the field. His extensive career includes roles as a Registered Behavior Technician, Associate Clinician, and BCBA, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of clinical practice and family needs. Hagop has worked with clients ranging from toddlers to young adults, specializing in early intervention, verbal behavior, and natural environment teaching. He is passionate about delivering evidence-based, family- centered care. Outside of work, Hagop enjoys basketball, going to the gym, traveling to new places to experience other cultures, and spending time with his wife and son. As Founder and CEO of Hope For Ohana, he combines his extensive field experience with visionary leadership, ensuring that every family receives not just professional expertise, but genuine care.

Brittany Cardoza

Director Of Operations, BCBA

Brittany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Director of Operations at Hope For Ohana, bringing over 15 years of experience working with children and nine years in Applied Behavior Analysis. She began her career as a Behavioral Therapist and advanced to an Associate Clinician role while earning her Master’s degree in ABA. Since becoming a BCBA in 2019, Brittany has focused on supporting clients and their families with individualized, evidence-based strategies to reach meaningful outcomes. Outside of being a BCBA, she enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, baking, doing puzzles and any craft project she can get her hands on. Her favorite moments are spent with her husband, son, and extended family.

Naomi Ongjanco

Director of Clinical Services, BCBA

Naomi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Director of Clinical Services at Hope for Ohana. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Earlham College and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University. Naomi is passionate about ensuring that every child receives individualized care that is rooted in compassion and client values. Her work focuses on trauma-informed care and assent-based interventions, with a commitment to amplifying neurodivergent individuals. Outside of her professional work, Naomi loves trail running, playing tennis, coaching volleyball, and spending time with her two cats, Xany and Gabriel.

Kimberly Cortes

BCBA

Kimberly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Hope For Ohana. She discovered her passion for supporting individuals with special needs during her undergraduate studies, assisting children with adaptive swim programs and helping prepare students for the Special Olympics. Kimberly earned a degree in Kinesiology with minors in adaptive physical activity, exercise science, and physical education. She began her ABA career as a Registered Behavior Technician and now focuses on empowering families and supporting client growth. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new destinations with her dog Millie, coffee shops, and designing handmade jewelry.

Hannah Sides

Associate Clinician and RBT

Hannah is an Associate Clinician and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Hope For Ohana. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacramento State and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Saint Joseph’s University, with plans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Since 2021, Hannah has provided ABA services in both home and school settings, focusing on building collaborative relationships with families. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys video games, going on beach adventures, backpacking, enjoying brunch, and spending time with her pet bird, Tiki.

Associate Clinician and RBT

Isabelle is an Associate Clinician and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Hope For Ohana. She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School. Inspired by her personal connection to relatives on the autism spectrum, Isabelle is dedicated to improving quality of life for children and families. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and has a working knowledge of Javanese and Taiwanese/Hokkien (a dialect). In her free time, she enjoys culinary exploration and spending time with her niece and nephew.

Ana Cruz-Rodriguez

Behavior Technician

Ana is a Behavior Technician at Hope For Ohana with more than seven years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is driven by a commitment of enhancing the quality of support and education for all learners and is currently pursuing a journey of becoming a BCBA one day. Beyond her work in ABA, Ana enjoys hiking, traveling, attending festivals, and cooking meals with her family.
